“Fantastic prices, it was so easy to order and the shipment was right on time. Communication is key in my business and FoodServiceDirect stayed in great communication with me on where my delivery was. Packing was impecable! Nothing damaged!”

“I recently ordered a box of egg patties from FSD. When they arrived, about 1/3 of them were in pieces due to the way that they were packed (loose in the cardboard box - nothing to stop them from being knocked around and breaking during shipping). I contacted FSD and, even though it took a while to get to the right person, they made things right. I was very impressed with their attitude and willingness to make a customer happy. Thank you!”

“i recently received my order of 8 large trays of Stouffer's stuffed cabbage rolls and they were properly packed in dry ice and perfectly frozen. These are a favorite of my friends and family and I can always count on them being perfectly frozen and ready for my freezer.”
