“The ordering process was simple and the delivery was prompt. I ordered a product to substitute for something that I had used in the past but was no longer on the market. Unfortunately, the product that I ordered did not suit me, but I'll definitely use Food Service Direct again if the need arises.”

“Very Timely delivery. It was a little difficult to track. Great product. This was the only place I could find what I was looking for. It was on back order everywhere else. The product was well packaged since it had to be secure due to glass containers and it had to be kept cold. The jars had some sticky stuff on the bottom that had to be rinsed off but I understand that was to keep them in place and prevent breakage during shipping. Overall a very good experience.”

“Have been ordering from them for the past few years since they are the only one who has total raisin bran. There was a problem with the order thru no fault of Food Direct. The shipper crushed the package and retaped it. I notified Food Direct customer service and they shipped me a new case at no charge to me. Excellent customer service. They have my business!”
