“My package arrived ripped and with melted dry ice. Styrofoam box was broken in many pieces and pretzel boxes inside were wet, soggy, and no longer cold.”

“There is no room for improvement because everything was perfect. The ordering process and delivery were second to none. The quality of the ravioli was superb. I used to live in NY and would go to the Italian deli for our fresh food. Thank you for allowing me to duplicate that memory!”
