“Good quality. A bit slow on delivery but that's life these days. I will be ordering again. We prepare in the air fryer and they are good to go. Crispy and juicy meat.”

“I have ordered from Food Service Direct a few times now and I have never had a problem. Each time I ordered items that required them to be shipped in dry ice, they arrived as they should. I was even able to use free shipping. I will definitely be ordering from them again.”

“Our local retailer stopped carrying the Ball Park Grilled pre-cooked hamburger patties but we found them available through Food Service Direct. Customer Service handled our order quickly and we received a box of 80 frozen patties. Delivery was prompt, the meat still frozen. The patties are exactly what we wanted, and cook up really nice. I can only give FoodService Direct the highest rates for service, delivery and product quality. Thanks a bunch!”

“I was so glad to get a case of the Sunsweet prune juice cans 5.5oz . We cannot find them in our stores here. I use them when I go on vacation and this was a life saver for me. Thanks! Service and delivery were great! Hope you get it in again.”

“We love the Lemon Sin Free Sorbet! it is very refreshinga nd sugar free. My sister can not have any sugar at all. So this sorbert is also perfect for her. It was easy placing the order and getting info from Fodd Svc. Direct customer service. thank you.”

“Site is straight forward, and easy to find what I'm looking for. Generally fast and easy shipping. Although recently I had a problem and the customer service was EXCELLENT feel they went above and beyond to satisfy my order Especially Richard G, who handled my case.
