“I really appreciate how easy it is to buy professional products from foodservicedirect. But there is one improvement I will suggest, please add a customer service phone number so that it's easy to contact you guys if there is any emergency. Also I will appreciate if I get replies for my emails.”

“My first order was pretty good. Shipment was within the window described and the frozen arrived still well frozen albeit that it may have sat at UPS for a couple days over the weekend. Weather was pretty cool though. Packaging seems adequate. Food was quite good and appeared to be freshly frozen. My only concern is if the frozen goods will stay frozen in warmer weather when shipped across a weekend. But no issues with this order.”
