“Delivery was fast and efficient. However some of my caffeine shots had leaked in the box, but a quick call to customer service and they gave me a small credit which was nice.”

“Thank you Food Service Direct for acknowledging my orders and then shipping……all within 24 hours of me placing the order. We are vegetarian and could not find “our” dinner roasts anywhere. They even called because they thought I had accidentally double ordered. The food came frozen and packed accordingly. Will definitely be placing another order in the very near future.”

“The order was sent in time but I found three boxes of cheerios destroyed, one of them was completely destroyed I could not resell it, two were damaged, I sent them for sale, I am waiting to see if I can sell them or they will be sent back to me.”

“I ordered 7 cases (24/per case) of apple pies for deserts for feeding 175 homeless persons in the Philadelphia area on Thanksgiving day 2021. All 7 cases arrived very timely and were packed with dry ice to keep the pies fresh. The delicious food served was wonderful but the pies were an extra treat and just as delicious. Thank you FoodServiceDriect for helping to feed so many people on Thanksgiving day. I will see you next year, if not sooner.”

“The front end of the system works fine. There is a problem with the tail end delivery system. We are not notified that the product has been delivered (NOT RINGING THE DOORBELL) causing potential spoilage.”

“When my vendor was out of most of the items that I normally order, I researched other food vendors and came across FoodServiceDirect. I was more than happy that they had all of the items that I normally order and more. The delivery came within 3 -4 days, carefully packaged and no damages.”

“I was pleased with the timing, delivery, and product. I would have given a 5 star but all 6 cans of cheese were dented. Two can had very large dents in them. The box they were packaged in was not damaged so the cans were packaged dented. It doesn't affect the product in the can, but it was interesting the cans were all dented before packaging. Not a big deal. Not a 5 star for that reason.”
