“I have been gratefully dependent on Food Service Direct for many years: First because I was the sole caregiver to my paralyzed, bed-bound husband. Second, because I took self-isolation during the early times of Covid quite seriously. And now because on Oct 16, I had a stroke and was hospitalized for three and a half weeks. I am home, recovering, and so very thankful for Food Service DIrect's fast, efficient service. I love this company. “5 of the 6 cans in the case of Angela Mia tomatoes were damaged. The customer service team handled it promptly and efficiently but when you pay this much for a product that BJs used to carry for a fraction of the price and then add exorbitant shipping, you expect the product to arrive PERFECT. Better Q/C is needed before something leaves the warehouse. Dented cans are never acceptable. I love this product but it needs to be put back into retail stores that make it more affordable for loyal customers.”
