this is the second time that ordered the Almond Butter Croissants. The first delivery the box was placed on my front porch and My IPhone alerted me that the delivery was there. I immediately brought the box in , opened it and found that the dry Ice had all melted. The container seemed to be appropriate for shipping frozen food . However, the croissants had all thawed in the box and congealed. and I had to literally pull each one apart. FSD fortunately sent a second box at no charge. When I had prepared the last of the croissants, I ordered from Webstaurant and a very similar situation happened and I had to pull their croissants apart before I could choose decent looking ones to prepare for my family and guests. This last order for your company had very little dry ice still intact and several croissants have had to be pulled apart again as approximately thirty were thawed and congealed again. I'm sure you deliver these croissants to restaurants but probably in Iced/refrigerated trucks. It is the shipping without enough dry ice to keep the croissants from thawing prior to final destination. so I don't think I will be repeating this order.

Product was fine shipping was a little slow but ok the price was very high for a private customer not going to resell product just using it for home consumption.

We sincerely apologize. While we strive to be as competitive as possible our prices are not always as low as grocery stores. Prices on temperature-sensitive items also factor in the price of extra packaging for the items. We have a wide variety of products to fit all budgets. I purchased Hill & Valley Sugar Free Angel Food Cakes (12). They were delivered in a large box with no packing. The majority of the cakes were open, out of their plastic containers. See pics below. I had to contact customer service and they refunded my money.

It's ok. Very pricey and they ship ur packages like trash. All the money is cost for shipping and by the time u get ur boxes ur merchandise is literally falling out of them. #Trash. And don't have a complaint, please take pictures of every corner, the labels, submit ur DNA, ur fathers brothers uncles cousins maiden last name and send, then we'll believe we sent u ur package wrapped in toilet tissue! Other than that, they know they have the market on what they sell so they upcharge u to ship it and u get what u get. My husband only eats what we get from them as a vendor so my cries are of no consequence... πŸ€£πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ€£πŸ˜‚

There was a delay getting my package and when it was in shipping mode one of the 12 mixes had broken. UPS had taken out the broken one, moved the rest into a UPS box and resumed the shipment sending you FSD a notice of this. Each container in the shipment was extremely sticky and being it is cardboard containers not a lot I could do to fix the issue. FSD never reached out to me nor did they replace or credit my account for the broken cotainer. They had sent me a notice that I reached out to them which I did not but UPS had and was wondering if my issue was resolved which again it was not. I then sent you a notice on this and heard nothing back from you. Poor customer service!

I ordered from you a case of non-organic Tazo Awake English Breakfast Tea, and you sent me the ORGANIC version, which is awful stuff. The orginal, non-organic is tasty and full bodied. The organic variety is tasteless with no body to it at all. I threw it out--the entire case. I won't buy from you again.

ordered a 13 nch Pizza Pan.Waited in anticipation for a pizza pan .I was tired of pans that rust.What I got was a pan that was very thin and scratched easy.And the pizza came out under done at the bottom no matter how many times I made pizza.Tried to season the pan, but didnt season just made a sticky pan.This was a very dissappointing purchase.I found myself using the old pan.And I must mention $46.00 is a waste of mney for this tin foil pan..

The customer support was great which is the reason for 2 stars. I ordered a package 2 times and both times it got damaged during shipping. Please look into how glass bottles are packaged.
