Certain things that I order from you are twice as much as on Webstaurant Store. I only continue usig your service because of the option to use Afterpay. I really would not shop with you otherwise.

Thank you for the feedback. like many other stores, we are being hit with increasing costs as well. We hate to do it, but on occasion, we do have to raise prices. As the economy improves, we hope to be able to reduce the price not just on this product but on any other product that saw price increases due to high inflation.

Came unfrozen- had to take pictures so you could trace who screwed up. Your ware house are horrible packersl

I never received my case of peach dessert cups. My order # 1001687232 1 case 48 cups @ $49.95. No cancellation notice or refund 🤔

The ice cream was melting when it was delivered. It could have been totally gone in a few more hours. I was disappointed at how skimpy the packaging was. I had $100 invested in the order to have received melting ice cream. It was for a special birthday party. However, we tracked down the ups truck and took the ice cream directly to the freezer.

Was unhappy to find several boxes of the Pastina smashed. The outside shipping box was intact, which leads me to believe they were packed that way😭

I was disappointed in how many broken graham crackers that were unusable over 25 of the 100 ordered. These were for s’mores kits for a party and caused us to be short in supplies.

I have multiple food allergies; therefore, I am VERY limited in what I can eat or drink. I tried a "shake" at the new POLLO PROJECT vegan cafe which I ordered plain with just the plant-based "milk" (the soft-serve vanilla I ordered) and DID NOT GET SICK!!!! I contacted the company but was informed I could not purchase the product since I was not a restaurant vendor. I don't give up easily and discovered FoodService Direct sells the product; thus, I placed an order. Your information regarding the shipping method for refrigerated/cold items and shipping time appeared to be appropriate. Needless to say, I was counting down the days/hours until my order arrived. I did make a couple of phone calls during the package transit and was informed there had been a delay or two after the item was shipped. When the order did arrive, you can not even imagine my disappointment when I discovered the package was "melting". PLEASE let me know when Food Service Direct has the means to get this product safely & intact to me and I'll be back as a customer! I appreciate that your company refunded my payment. In this day and time, I view that as a reason to be a repeat customer. (Also, I would absolutely LOVE to be able to make a SAFE shake at anytime because I have the product in my frig! It's almost a 2 hour drive back to Houston's POLLO PROJECT cafe. Thank you! Have a blessed day! Sherry Mallette

I was sent boxes of chips that had an expiration date within 2 weeks of receiving product. Please make sure you all are being mindful of expiration dates on products that you send customers.

Half the product had to be thrown out due to freezing during shipping and bottles bursting. If you are shipping liquids you should have higher standards for yourselves and care about the state in which the product reaches your customer

I wouldn't normally use a review as a place to complain, however attempts to contact you through email have been useless. My order was partially delivered and the rest of my order remains pending on the website. These items are dependent upon one another to be used and I am trying to open a restaurant. There is no phone number or chat to contact anyone and therefore in the future I would be hesitant about placing an order with food service direct.

I received 100 lbs of rice in 4 different boxes one of which was broken and about 5 lbs of rice were lost. The package was spilling rice when it was delivered. The return policy is not favorable for this and I had to take the loss because they would charge 25% of the cost plus the shipping to return. I am not sure if I will be ordering again from them.

5 of the 6 cans in the case of Angela Mia tomatoes were damaged. The customer service team handled it promptly and efficiently but when you pay this much for a product that BJs used to carry for a fraction of the price and then add exorbitant shipping, you expect the product to arrive PERFECT. Better Q/C is needed before something leaves the warehouse. Dented cans are never acceptable. I love this product but it needs to be put back into retail stores that make it more affordable for loyal customers.
