I ordered a carton of soup mix. They sent the wrong soup. Contacted the company and they asked for a picture of the box showing the product name, a picture of the UPC code, and a picture of an individual packet of the product. Send them the pictures and hear nothing other than they are investigating. I called them and explain that I am sending it to my son who has a stage four cancer and the soup is one of the few things he can keep down. I do not get a return call I text and email them. I do not get a response. I decide to try to call one more time. The rep did respond and send the correct product. I do not believe it should’ve taken multiple emails, texts, and calls to resolve the issue. I also explained to them that they got my name wrong, and even on this form it is still not correct. I will never use them again.

The product was packaged in a bag inside a box upside down!!! It weighed 50 pounds and it was difficult for me because the bottom of the inner box had been opened and the opening of the bag was on the wrong and. This was the fault of the manufacturing. Not properly packaged .

My package arrived ripped and with melted dry ice. Styrofoam box was broken in many pieces and pretzel boxes inside were wet, soggy, and no longer cold.

I was dismayed that 2 of the containers of yogurt had been busted and made quite a mess. Plus I lost 2 containers of the order. I will order it again, but now am a little concerned

Product was thawed! Salt in product seems to have kept them from spoiling. I’ll have to think long and hard before ordering again.

This shipment was delayed for so long the contents were completely thawed. The bags broke open when we tried to remove them from the box.

I just wish you had more stock. 80% of what I'm looking for is out of stock and I put in email to notify when it will be in stock but I get no notification. So I'm looking everywhere instead of one place.

Our pies arrived completely thawed out. They were barely cool. I wondered if they should be eaten. I emailed earlier with that question, and nobody responded to my question.

Two of my boxes were crushed, so top layers of cupcakes were smashed. With the cost of your shipping, I shall NOT be reording perishable foods from your company again. I was extremely disappointed, and this was my first order with your company.

purchased a 48 count box of edible salad bowls recently. all but six (6) were hopelessly crushed and smashed. packing was totally inadequate. Send them back, I get 3/4 of my money returned? Crazy!

I made a mistake while placing an order. I caught the mistake BEFORE even receiving the product but after it was shipped. I called immediately when I realized my mistake but was told I could not return the item. Even if I sent it immediately back the moment I received it, unopened (of course) but again was told no. So because of a stupid mistake made from pushing the wrong flavor while ordering off my cell phone, I am out $65 and have a product I will never use.

The first order of dough that I received was fine. The second order of dough that I received was half thawed. The box was filled with water. I looked like the box of dough was thawed prior to shipment and then refrozen and then started to thaw again. It was a total mess.

Normally I’m very happy with delivery, but this time they came in the evening and dry ice was completely melted and pizza logs were kind of soggy. Not frozen. I received delivery notices and saw they were out for delivery since early that morning, but didn’t get them until evening.

Packing of last shipment was a joke. Carton contained 2 items purchased and had enough space for at least 2 more cases of each of the items ordered. Dry ice packed with shipment was gone due to all the empty area in the packing case. This has me wondering if I will ever place another order with you.

You either do not have what we need or when you do have an item it gets destroyed by time it gets to us. That be from poor packaging leading up to product flying around in the box during shipping or not enough dry ice which leads to product defrosting prior to us receiving it. Also. Poor planing on shipping schedules. Ship on a date guaranteeing the delivery gets stuck in a non freezer UPS stop over the weekend making the order thawed out and spoiled prior to delivery at our point Hope this helps. Ordering was okay, the product came in late and spoiled. It was in its same box but everything was melted. I wrote an email to get a refund but no response back.
