Did not receive what I ordered and cannot get a refund or any kind of service, I have contacted them 3 times. Customer service sucks

Most of my order was smashed, uneatable. But couldn't blame it on anyone in particular due to multiple handling. Was upset, due to the money lost and food wasted. The container was busted, one of my dry ice bags had exploded. Didn't take a picture. My package arrived in Charleston WV around 8:00am on the 24th didn't see it till the following day.

Only 2 cheesy breadsticks from 1 pack had cheese in it. Ordered Beacon street cheesy breadsticks right after that. Gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because bread part is delicious. More delicious than that of Beacon street but without cheese it's just a bread stick ;( will try to add video tomorrow. Will try to return the product

Don’t appreciate offering free shipping on anything above $750.. Real turn off. No incentive there at all.

I was highly disappointed when I received the crab cakes, as they were room temperature. So I have NO idea how long they've been sitting out. So needless to say, I threw out $50 worth of seafood. I will no longer order from this place again. I got the notification that they had been delivered and when I got home (about 6 minutes afterward) they were warm to the touch. I ordered on February 12th and received them on February 24th.

I just had an order delivered and notified my order was fulfilled but I only received 4 of the 12 items ordered.

I order wrong product because of the picture you show for the product. I thought i ordered homestyle but i ordered wide tnt burgers. You should show correct picture of product. Not happy!

I ordered formula 409 refill. It ws shipped but on the way to my place it was found the box is damaged reportedly. UPS sent it back to the company. set emails many times but barely got back. But then finally i got refund. I don't know If the product was fine or not. I am also not sure if customer service is just too busy this time around or not good from the baseline. But I can say customer service is not great. telephone number is only message. Nobody calls back. Email worked, it took long time though.
