“Excellent customer service, I accidentally received the wrong order , however the staff were super helpful, communicative and friendly. They placed the correct order and I received the shipment today. Food service direct kept me updated for shipping and tracking. Packaging is great and came on dry ice.”

“Food Service offerings are always good. I've ordered items through a vendor and no compaints. Whichever cookie dough I order it is always good. **** 1 star this time because the way I received my order. I ordered 2 different cookie dough. One was in its own box and sealed unopened. However, the chocolzte chip cookie dough I ordered was not in a box. It was in a torn thin plastic bag and was just dropped in. Seems like the packer counted 213 pucks and called it a day, sealed the mailing box and sent it off. I WAS SHOCKED WHEN I OPENED THE BOX AND VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!”

“Food service is a great source to get bulk things but the prices are high. I started ordering a product from here back in July or August and when I looked to order again in November it went up $24/tub. It's making it hard for small businesses. Their customer service department is great.”

Thank you for the feedback. like many other stores, we are being hit with increasing costs as well. We hate to do it, but on occasion, we do have to raise prices. As the economy improves, we hope to be able to reduce the price not just on this product but on any other product that saw price increases due to high inflation.

“Product shortages have become common at local food stores. I prefer to buy local but after searching several outlets I went online and discovered Food Service Direct. They had the product we wanted, at reasonable prices. Our order was delivered undamaged and on time (4 days later). We will use Food Service Direct again. the whole process went great.”
