your ordering system worked well, the delivery, however, took a little too long to arrive. luckily it was cold and the product was still mostly frozen. I'm looking forward to using your product however I still need a copy of the invoice please forward it as soon as possible thank you, Chef Larry

Hello, Thank you for the feedback. Invoices can be found under your Account under My Orders next to the corresponding item once it has shipped. Items are only invoiced the evening the item has shipped and is combined into one invoice if there were multiple items shipped on the same order. Invoices also shipped with the order. I purchased a box of 200+ coffee creamers and was very disappointed that they had an expiration date 2 months from my date of my purchase. While these were not expired, there was no way I could possibly use all 200 + creamers in 60 days. My purchase was not eligible for a return because I had opened the box (not realizing the expiration date was printed on the outside of the box ). I feel my return should have been honored, based on the fact that it is not realistic for a person to consume 200+ units of a product in 60 days.

Hello, Thank you for the feedback. I do see that the rep you spoke with offered you a pre-paid return label if you would like since this is within our policy. Since we understand some of our smaller home users won't be able to use bulk quantities of items.

I am a frequent customer. However, on my last order shipment, my order didn't come all on the same day. The order came over the course of 3 days. This made it very difficult to keep up with provided it was a large order. After reviewing my order some items were missing. Thankfully a customer rep sent out what was missing. Point I am trying to make is I would prefer my order to come all at one time.

Hello, Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately, with large orders, we will ship out what we have so there are no delays with your order. Please also take into consideration the weekend and if your area has Saturday delivery. If not then since the shipping company does not ship out on Sunday most orders will be delivered the next business day. All order tracking numbers are sent to your email for the order for your ease. Please check your emails for these tracking numbers so you can track your package.

The value of the product ordered was good. Don't get me wrong the Kozy Shack Rice pudding for whatever reason was not available elsewhere so I'm glad you processed the order but it took like better than three weeks to deliver. So yes the delivery was on time but it was a long time. Otherwise I mean how can you screw up a case of pudding?
