“When you buy a product you want to know when you will receive it and how much you will pay BEFORE you make the payment not after. For that reason I bought it again from another distributor. I need to know how long it will take and how much it will cost me before my check out. In the other hand I am very satisfied with The product shipment it arrived perfect even for a frozen product.”

“I really don’t understand why I was sent a product that expires 2 weeks after I receive it . I feel like you could at least let the customer know they’ll be receiving a soon expiring item . I bought $500 worth of a product and literally couldn’t even it use threw it all away, buying something in bulk I would think I have longer then 2 weeks to use it all . And customer service was no help of course .”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am sorry to hear you had issues with your order. Due to the sensitive nature of food items, our expiration date guarantee is a minimum of 2 weeks. This includes dairy, and meat products as well. I do see you worked with one of our agents who was able to give you a partial refund for this order.

“My order showed Up a day late, so the entire Frozen packs inside the package were thawed so I don’t know how long it’s been sitting thawed but every time I eat a dog, I get a stomachache”
