“I was dismayed that 2 of the containers of yogurt had been busted and made quite a mess. Plus I lost 2 containers of the order. I will order it again, but now am a little concerned”

“4 stars only because we recived someone else's order and have tries and tried to return it. After all, someone paid for this and is waiting! MANY calls to customer service and always the promise of a return label. Nothing yet!! Never have I had so much trouble trying to return something that belongs to someone else.”

“The product was excellent but the packing was “OUTSTANDING” I wish more companies will follow Food Service Direct example of how to pack merchandise. Food came in boxes with dry ice and very well protected. 10 Stars”
