“Ordered a product and said ships in 1 day, had to call them and have them argue with me on the phone for an hour that it’s a special order and takes 6-7 weeks to arrive. I showed them pictures from their web page to show them I was correct. Horrible company that just doesn’t care, horrible customer service.”

Thank you for the feedback. it appears our listing did not have the correct fulfillment time listed. This item is actually a special order item which is ordered just for you and can take a little longer to arrive from our suppliers. Special order items can take approximately 6-7 weeks to arrive from our specialty vendors. As requested your order has been cancelled, and your card or account will not be charged for this item. All similar listings have been updated to the longer lead time.

“Not a happy customer! Received my order of baby Mum-Mum teething wafers. I’m ordering as a private customer a 6pack( because I can’t get them anywhere else) and I get the packet with a best before date August04 2024. I only get through 1pack till August.Paid a lot for the shipping. Not happy at all . Hope somebody reaches out.”

Thank you for contacting food service direct. I do apologize about the expiration date being in the end of August. However Items shipped by us are guaranteed to be delivered no less than 2 weeks before the manufacturer's “Use by” or “Best by” date. Unfortunately this date is well with in our policy. I do apologize about this. Please let us know if we can help with anything else.

“Wonderful customer service! My 1st order was delivered with package damaged and refrigerated items at room temperature. I was unaware of refund policy until after I had trashed items. Customer service were very prompt in telling me what was needed from me on order to help them navigate issue next time and provided me store credit for my next purchase. The next purchase was initially on backorder and they kept me informed every step of the way.Product was delivered cold in cooler this round ! Very pleased!”

“Been waiting for small order since April 2024. Received one of 2 in timely manner but still waiting for rest of order and its June 3, 2024. Said was to be delivered back in May on June 2nd, Sunday, but have not received or heard anything else about order. Waiting patiently. Teresa G.”

“Unfortunately our food did not arrive frozen. They were easy to deal with and quick to get us the refund which was much appreciated. Sadly they were unwilling to pay for overnight shipping that would get the needed food to us in time putting us in a bind to have to re-shop for our food the week of our event. Definitely not ideal and will likely try to keep our event shopping local in the future.”
