“The knorr clam base I received expires in less than 2 months. There is no way I can use that much clam base that quick!! Would have liked the expiration date to be out farther.”

“I order a certain food product from Food Service Direct every three months because the quality is so high and I can save so much money buying in bulk a product I use a lot of in my home cooking. I have always been very pleased with the service I recieve from Food Service Direct.”

“Everything I received was great. However, I ordered another product, that I needed, that never arrived. Worst part nobody told be it wasn’t available till it was too late to replace it. I had to contact you to inquire where it was.”

“I did not receive the order in time for the function. And when I did it did not come with lids like the description showed, took me 2 weeks to get that issue resolved with customer service. Then i found out they charged me twice on my credit card. Now I cannot get anyone from customer service to answer my emails to expkain the second charge. I will never order from this company again..”

“I couldn’t find what I needed from my local restaurant supply so I frantically searched online and found Food Service Direct. They had the bulk item u needed and were able to ship it to me within days of purchase. It was a seamless transaction. I wish all of my vendors were this efficient!”
