“I have a terrible experience with ordering from food service direct I ordered 2 containers of knorr powder from food service direct only one was shipped to me and my card was charged for y price of 2 after calling I was asked to send different proof which I did up till now I have not received my second container as a matter of fact I come to my mail to see how I can ask for return label so I can send the one sent to me and get my money back and never order anything from food direct again. This”

“Food Service Direct performed admirably. UPS on the other hand sucks. Tracking my parcel showed my parcel on a Tuesday. No package. Where did they deliver it? Was it stolen? Ah yes. Delivered on Friday by the USPS.”

“The flour arrived on time and I was happily surprised the bag was boxed. I had worried about the bag being shipped unprotected. I only learned to bake in the last 10 years but could never really get the results as the rolls and breads I knew as a kid with store bought bread flour. With this flour I can see now that I will be able to. I have used it 3 times and it has improved my results. The crumb is almost the same as I remember and the crust is getting close.”

“foodservicedirect has really gotten the packaging down. my orders come in a styrofoam cooler with ice packs on the inside, and the whole thing is wrapped up in some kind of heavy duty plastic thats heatsealed to keep it shut. this is a huge difference from the old standard cardboard box and really makes me feel safe ordering keep-cold things on the internet. keep up the good work foodservicedirect and thank you!”
