“I purchased a gallon of Bonne Chere italian dressing. Best dressing on the planet. And yes, it is the famous pizza hut salad dressing. So good. Packaged came in tact and came in quickly. Highly recommend.”

“This is the first time FSD has disappointed me. It took 3 tries to get the product I ordered in tact and undamaged. You need to seriously review your packing methods.”

“I bought Thrive ice cream from Food Service Direct. The dietitian at the hospital gave it to my wife for extra protein. I buy it because she likes it and any way I can get some extra protein in her I will do. I could not find it locally so I went online and found Food Service Direct. They shipped immediately to my door and was still frozen. I am pleased with their service and will buy from them again. 😎”

“Received the wrong product. Requested the right product to replace the wrong one. Also requested a return label so product could be sent back. That was over 3 weeks ago and still waiting. I do not recommend this company.”

Thank you for sharing your experience. You alerted us to this issue on 11/17, which is when we began the investigation. Claims typically take 24-48 hours to process and on 11/19, we asked if you would like a replacement to be sent out. Unfortunately, there was a delay in a response from our vendor regarding the return label. We then informed you that you could either keep, donate, or discard the wrong item received. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to improving our processes!
