“We bought Mrs. Friday's Sounther Flounder and it is a little spicy for our tasts. We are smothering it with some kind of cheese sauce and that helps. The service was very good, etc. so we're not complaining about that. We'll try a different selection next time. We've used up one bag so far. The fish is great but the breading has a little too much cayane pepper in it to suit us. We will be purchasing again from Food Service Direct, just a different selection next time.”

“I was having a hard time finding sugar free and fat free angel food cake. So I went on line searching. I go on this site and I could get a case for a great price and cheaper than a store. They were delivered quickly and came packed and undamaged. If your looking for bulk go to this site.”

“Love this company! They are one of the very few companies to offer pork brains. I was a little skeptical, wondering how they were going to keep these containers cold all the way to Illinois over several days time. Not to mention that as I tracked them, they sat in a warehouse in my hometown over the weekend. However, I was pleasantly surprised and very much relieved to find a styrofoam cooler wrapped in plastic on my porch on a Monday, and upon opening the cooler, finding twelve solidly frozen containers of pork brains packed in dry ice! I could not be happier with this purchase! I will not hesitate to reorder! Thank you Food Service Direct!”
