“The delivery service of the cake was very poor, as well as the packaging. By the time ther cake arrived to me, it was warm and the icing of the cake was sticking to the card board box. I was very disappointed and will probably never order from your again due to the poor quality of the delivery.”

“I purchased 50# of Sweetex shortening. The order came quickly. What I would change- the box the shortening was in was coming apart, held together by the shipping straps. I would be willing to pay the extra for the shortening to be shipped in a bucket. Great product!”

“We ordered the 3 gallon dragonfruit and it is wonderful! I eat a bowl 1-2 times a day and was tired of paying $16 bowls each time. I have added all the bowl extras to my cupboard and have fresh or frozen fruit to add. It’s delicious! I was unsure about ordering from here after reading some of the reviews, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised!”

“Excellent packaging for fragile food. Suggest adding an expedited deleivery option. However, several days transpire before the item is physically shipped - maybe his can happen sooner.”

Thank you for your feedback! Orders placed after 2 PM EST are delayed by one business day and ground shipping with UPS can take 3-4 days. We offer two expedited shipping methods, Next Day Air and Second Day Air. You can choose your shipping when clicking on "Go To Cart". Please call our team at 855-705-0755 if you have any questions!

“I understand that my order was a special order and that it "could" take up to 3-4 weeks to recieve it. I waited 4 full weeks and then called to see when I should be expecting it. I was then told that my order was cancelled. I NEVER recieved an email stating this. The customer service rep told me that I would get one that day, never happened. ALSO the rep told me she would send me an email with the vendors information and that they might be able to help me track down the items I was looking for. NEVER got that email either. As a customer, I feel pushed aside. I will not be ordering from you again because my happiness was deliberately pushed aside.”
