I was very happy with the max cheese Stix, exactly how I remembered them. The chocolate chip pudding cakes, I was expecting them to be chocolate like the picture only they were vanilla with chocolate chips, didn't like them, very disappointed. The orders came earlier then said, which was nice.

The ordering process was simple and the delivery was prompt. I ordered a product to substitute for something that I had used in the past but was no longer on the market. Unfortunately, the product that I ordered did not suit me, but I'll definitely use Food Service Direct again if the need arises.

I didn't get what I wanted. I saw it wasn't what I wanted before it shipped. They wouldn't let me cancel. I tried to start the return process before it got to me, they wouldn't let me. They were asking me what the expiration date was on a product I hadn't even opened the box. It was like they were stalling until it was past the point where I could return it. I will never work with this company again. Worst customer service I've ever encountered. I've told all the other restaurant owners that I'm friends with to avoid this place and I'll never use them again either.

We see that you reached out to us on 12/3, but the order shipped on 12/2. Per our policy, temperature-sensitive items cannot be returned for safety reasons. Very Timely delivery. It was a little difficult to track. Great product. This was the only place I could find what I was looking for. It was on back order everywhere else. The product was well packaged since it had to be secure due to glass containers and it had to be kept cold. The jars had some sticky stuff on the bottom that had to be rinsed off but I understand that was to keep them in place and prevent breakage during shipping. Overall a very good experience.

I placed the same order twice .both times the order was either broken or lost .food service direct refused to do anything about it .absolutely the worst company I have ever done business with! I would recommend that nobody purchase anything from them.

Have been ordering from them for the past few years since they are the only one who has total raisin bran. There was a problem with the order thru no fault of Food Direct. The shipper crushed the package and retaped it. I notified Food Direct customer service and they shipped me a new case at no charge to me. Excellent customer service. They have my business!
