“Sure do love this company. The product always arrives quickly, and if there is an issue they take care of it right away without any hassles. The staff on the phone are all so kind and helpful. I don't know what I would do if the pureed meals were not available for my severely disabled spouse. They are a lifesaver. Thank you food service direct.”

“I enjoy the convenience of Food Service Direct. Unfortunately, nealy every time I place an order my items are damaged and unable to be used for resale. Customer Service is helpful to resolve the issue, however, it's irritating to expect damaged goods then be required to go through customer service seeking product replacement or a refund.”

“Unfortunately the delivery day is not predictable. In this order, it was placed with an “expected” delivery of Thursday or Friday (1/2 or 1/3). As of 1/5 it didn’t show up and the delivery day was updated to 1/8-1/10. As a result, we didn’t have the needed supplies for the weekend when it was expected. Without solid delivery dates we cannot use Food Service Direct. The risk of not having supplies is too big.”

“LaBrea breads are the best ever! Flavor availability is hit or miss though and extremely pricey due to too many middle men. If that was fixed it would be five stars easily. FSD gives excellent service and the faults lie with LaBrea bakery whom I’m not sure wants to be in business.”
