“Sprouts discontinued the grapeseed Veganaise (big mistake), so I ordered a case from Amazon. It was delivered by Food Service Direct, packaged in a sturdy styrofoam cooler which I will re-use or donate and ice packs which were still frozen. Excellent service.”

“Ordered a case of tortillas. The purchased arrived on time, however, the product expires in 2 weeks. How can some use 144 tortillas in two weeks. Also, the product was shipped on ice. Normally, they are stored at room temperature. When I tried to call customer service, I geta message that they will try to find someone to help me. In a short period of time, I get a message no one is available to help me., leave a message.The call disconnects. First time I used this company. very disappointed and cannot recommended based on my experience to date.”

“I have ordered several times before ans neveer experienced any problems not even in the summer months , however this time one or more of the cold packs inside must have had a leak and the inside box that was full of the product was completly soaked and the product was completly still covered in its original packaging was warm. We had a snowstorm several days before so not sure if the packaging was compromised or sat in the delivery truck until they were able to deliver but it was a mess..hopefully my next order will be better”

“I had tried the pouched egg before and loved it. So when I saw sunny side up is out. I said nothing will go wrong with this brand. I ordered and we love it. Easy to make and got perfect texture and taste. Definitely order it when we are out.”

“Wanted a special smoked pork that I could not find anywhere locally. After several days of searching, FSD did not have it but could special order it. Priced very reasonable, I placed my order. It took several weeks but they succeeded in me receiving my smoked prork. Was shipped in a freezer type box and still forzen! Great job and I would order product from them again.”
