“Ordered frozen cookies, called after 7 days not delivered, unable to track UPS. Apparently lost. Food Service Direct did put in new shipment, but would not expedite shipping,discount for lost time/revenue.”

Replacements are processed using the same shipping method that was chosen at checkout. However, your replacement was processed with a 2-day transit time so it would arrive to you on Wednesday. We hope we can serve you better in the future!

“The items I ordered were exceptional. The packaging was super. That being said I simply can't afford the shipping cost. We are a single household and in many cases the shipping is more than the cost of what we would order. My first order was free shipping. I wish we could order from you but it would simply cost too much. Thank you”

“I am so thankful for your site. My daughter is allergic to dairy and our local grocery store stopped carrying the butter alternative we use. We live in a very rural area (130 miles to another grocery store) and being able to order it from your site was a blessing. Thank you!”

“Last year I purchased a box (12) of Van Holtens WarHeads Sour Pickles from Amazon. I also ordered a gallon of sour pickles from Amazon from another company in Texas. The price was approx. the same from other vendors. When my gallon of pickles arrived, the box was damaged, soaked with pickle brine and was repackaged in stead of returning to the vendor. The box of Van Holten pickles arrived a week later. Customer service was at the best unacceptable. Last month I ordered another box of Van Holten Pickles, this time from Food Service Direct. The price was the same as other venors however the shipping was a few dollars more. The pickles arrived approx. 3 to 4 days later and was packaged so that no damage could be sustained. Food Service's service was outstanding.”

“I ordered several cases of ice cream mix for the local school for their small commercial machine. 10/10 experience ordering from FoodServiceDirect. Since it was my first order, they gave me free shipping. It shipped quickly, and got here in once piece. Highly recommend.”
