“I found the prices reasonable. Shipping costs are a big deal to a business. I found the shipping prices to be a little better than others.”

“Food Service is great. Wanted to find a specific item and couldnt find online .. working with associates .. found the item, which was a special order. The frozen item was well packed .. each box was in a seperate box .. with dry ice.. really well done.. Definitely will choose FSD in the future !”

“This is the best place to buy Mr & Mrs T Bloody Mary mix. I prefer to use the smaller 7.5 oz cans and I can buy them by the case here. They ship them fast and they always have the best pricing for their products. Mr & Mrs T Bloody Mary mix is so delicious and the smaller size cans are very convenient to use”

“Food direct shipment was excellent. I never expected my products to be frozen once it was dropped off by a reliable source. It was useable. I didn't have to sort through and throw out part of the order like the meal kits that come through delivery. Hear me when I tell you.....Everything Was In Tact for my use on that day. Thank You Food direct for taking the time to care for proper shipment”

“The foodservice company seems good. The product( cream cheese pretzels) tastes very good. My complaint is that they used to come individually packaged and thus made them easier to put a couple in the fridge to thaw out and not be frozen when I am ready for one..”

When you enter your shipping address, our verification tool will identify it as residential or commercial. Unfortunately, UPS charges more for residential locations. “customer service is good when contacted but I do wish that if an item is delayed or order cancelled, that the website will automatically send you an email to update rather than me having to send an email asking about it.”

“I have to tell you. I'm a 71 year old widower. I have tried several frozen sandwiches. They ALL turn into cement when they exit the microwave. Fast bites come out perfectly eatable. They taste great & the buns are still soft & tasty. I'm so glad I found these. Thank you Lauren Ford”
