“i buy pork ribs from you. 2.20 lb ribs. they are the best quality ribs money can buy. FSD takes care of our orders very nicely. there have been some hiccups in the past but I see you all are trying to do better. i just have one request. ADD MORE DRY ICE to the shipping boxes. we have had many orders come with no ice left. thank you for everything. Jack”

“I am deeply disappointed that the Cracker Barrel Bites (pretzels/cheese) were discontinued. I was buying them from you on a regular basis and now I cannot buy them anywhere now that you've stopped selling them.”

“I love buying from FSD. The website is easy to follow, the delivery is quick, and sometimes I get sale items with free delivery but with a time limit. And they mean it. I hesitated to buy but then wanted it. Sale over and delivery charge. (Shucks!)”

“I'm a vegetarian and my favorite veg burger is the original garden Burger which isn't for sale anywhere anymore. Except here! I ordered my burgers and they sent them to me in a styrofoam cooler with lots of ice. I now have my favorite burger. Will definitely do business with food service direct in the future.”

“I ordered when it was severely hot, when i recieved my frozen pizza , it was half thawed and falling apart. I was charged extra for the shipping to be kept cold. The was not good, it looked like it was sitting in a freezer for a very long time”

“Came in still frozen and the kids had fun with the dry ice. It is the same ones in school, just add some chili and sharp cheddar and that will take you back to the school lunch. This is our 4th time ordering. And you have a nice ice chest when you get it as well.”
