“I actually purchased this beef to experiment with an easier way to make Italian Bracioles. After my failed Bracioles experiment, I made Philly Cheese Steaks out of the rest and it was WONDERFUL!! The meat was tender and the flavor was delicious! I may actually buy this again!”

“We order a 1 gallon bucket of Cleveland Kimchi from FoodServiceDirect. The product first off, was amazing! Excellent kimchi with the perfect amount of heat and kimchi flavor. The shipping was also top notch, in a lined container with more than enough gel ice packs to maintain it for quite some time. The gel packs honestly didn't even melt for an extra 2 days after we received it. Highly recommended!”

“I am a frequent customer of Food Service Direct and can attest to their very responsive customer service! If there are ever any issues with my order. they are very quick to resolve. The product I order is bottled water that comes in glass bottles. The last two orders have not had any breakage whatsoever. It is a delight to do business with this organization.”

“I really wanted to give more stars but just can’t because I received an item that expired the same day received (a whole big box of shredded cheese packets that say you can’t freeze them) and another item (a gallon of gelato) had the plastic container all broken and the food exposed to the open air. Everything else was good. Fast shipping and packed really nicely with lots of ice packs. I should have contacted them about it, but it seemed like such a hassle and I was really bummed about it and not wanting to deal with it. Will I order from them again? Idk. Maybe. Probably? I do like their huge selection of foods and especially since they ship to my home and some of these items aren’t available in stores near me. Im still going to try to eat some of the expired cheese and damaged package of gelato since those together were like $200. I hope I don’t get food poisoning. Or I will wait to see if the cheese starts to get moldy and then I will have to throw it out for sure.”
