Lovely flowers but absolutely appalling customer service. I have been trying to get in touch with them for months about deliveries I haven’t received and discount codes not applied - you receive an email confirming they’ve received your email and then nothing. They’re still happy to take your money though of course.

Not sure whether Freddie's have new onwners. DPD no longer delivering, which are now late, sometimes by days. The flowers more recently are of a poor quality and are now similar with little variety.

I responded to their email with an offer to re-subscribe to flower delivery. I really wanted to love the flowers - as I had a great experience in the past - but what I received was an awful arrangement which looked NOTHING like the advert. In fact I received 3 stems completely different than advertised, so clearly this was a substitution. Freddie Flowers used to be great in the past and I was always happy with the flowers but judging from recent large number of negative feedback - clearly it is not going well. I WILL CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION. In the end I had to go to the sypermarkrt and buy another arrangements, Freddie flowers were completely substandard and not fit to be put on a Christmas table

Responded to Facebook/email offer for free vases offer at £29, only received flowers which is extremely dissapointing. Very misleading.

I really wanted to love Freddie's Flowers. They're based locally to where I live and I was an early customer when they started. But since I cancelled my deliveries (agree with the other reviews - they are often very disappointing quality and overpriced), I have received SO many cold calls, always from different numbers (so I'm not able to block them!). At times recently I've been receiving up to three calls from them daily. I've asked to be removed from their list but to no avail. It's really terrible for a business that puts itself forward as ultra friendly and customer-centric.

My last lot of flowers were wilted and almost dead . All I got was sorry , my niece is a florist she said they were a poor quality, my niece lives in wales otherwise I would have my flowers from her .I can get a better bouquet from a supermarket that last longer.

Freddie’s was wonderful, I loved receiving my box however the quality fell short and way too short on blooms but shed loads of foliage. Such a shame.

When I signed up at the Chelsea Flower show, I was told I would receive an email EVERY Thursday telling me what flowers I could have delivered on Monday and I could decide there and then if I wanted them or apparently I could "simply email freddies flowers and say yes or no thankyou to the Monday delivery" THIS HASNT HAPPENED ONCE. So last Friday morning I emailed to say I did not want to receive the flowers, I have had no reply to my email, they have just taken the money from my account and delivered the flowers. SO I am really angry that I have been talked into something and am now being completely ignored. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RUBBISH.

Competition on Instagram for ‘the chance to test for free flowers’ is a scam. It’s really just their marketing strategy, that leads to collecting details for making sales calls. They will ring you, declare you are the winner, and then engage you in a long phone call before finally revealing your prize is actually 30% off first delivery if you give them payment details and sign up for a monthly flower subscription with them. Hugely misleading and a long false pretences phone call.

Flowers and vase were to be delivered to sister in law on 28 Dec. She called me on 2 Jan to say flowers had not arrived. I emailed Freddy's to ask if the gift had been received. No reply so phoned company and was told package had been damaged and would I like a replacement sent. I declined and asked for a refund. No one contacted me to say flowers had not been delivered. What would have happened had I not got in touch? Poor service.

The sign of a good company is how they deal with things when they go wrong. The customer service at Freddie's Flowers is quite honestly shocking. Dismissive and unhelpful when you have an issue or complain. Provide misleading information about offers using jargon to catch you out and subsequently overcharge you. Extremely disappointed, have cancelled my account and recommend others use a different florist or risk losing out!

Cold called after apparently completing a survey on social media, which I don’t remember. Said Id won a prize!! Great. Turned out to be 30% off the first flowers as part of a subscription service!! No thanks. Just awful.

I get once a month as I find them too expensive and there is no choice to cancel them Altogether . Well todays flowers are disgraceful. Very disappointed especially the price of them. I would be ashamed of myself and my company if I sent this out to customers .

Freddie’s Flowers: lovely flowers but when something goes wrong, their customer service is terrible. They say to get in touch if unhappy but their response was to cut me off as a customer! They will often substitute flowers advertised if they have supply issues, fair enough if disappointing, but this time I wasn’t happy with these. Flowers can last 2 weeks but my photo is at just over 1 week. Be warned about complaining - not a sign of a good company.

Sent as a gift , very nice parcel to receive. But . Gladioli replaced by further peonies - only one flowered out of the 6. Agapanthus dropped a lot of buds in first 2 days . Hardly had any open and looked very sorry. Don’t think they survived the journey via dpd. Stems very dry when I cut them to arrange. Cut and refreshed water every few days with fresh food. Aimed to contact company but I could tell website designed to discourage post sale contact so didn’t waste my time.

Trying to cancel the subscription is becoming a nightmare. I’ve written emails and tried calling and still not cancelled.

Yes have the same problem as all other customers. Cancelled last week and have today been charged and received another bunch of flowers that were not wanted. Such a scam, so sad!

I was really happy with them until I lost my card, blocked it with my bank. I was under impression it will cancel out the payment with Freddie’s Flowers . Imagine my surprise when they didn’t even send an email saying payment problem or such , just applied for my new card details directly through Mastercard ( apparently they can do that ) and taken the money anyway . I get it guys , you are a small business . But that’s cut throat . Didn’t like it at all . Blocked them from taking future payments , I ain’t even gonna bother . And of course no support over the weekends - why bother.
