I bought a iphone 16+ and my box was tampered with. When I opened my phone box there was no phone in the box and I've been waiting for over 5 weeks and now they saying the box wasn't tampered with. Spoke to the manager send pics in as requested and got nowhere. The manager lied saying the box wasn't tampered with and I'm left with no phone and £1000 out of pocket.

I ordered 3 pairs of Adidas trousers from freemans for them to send out 3 wrong pairs, that felt like tissue paper feels like fakes. I then got in touch with them so they sent out replacements. I received the same wrong items. I complained again and then received the same wrong items for the 3rd time. When I try and get in contact either by phone or live chat some answers and then just disconnects when I bring up my problem now I am being ignored by all the advisors. They are aldo trying to charge me interest on my order since I have not paid for anything yet seen as I have not received what I have ordered. This has been going on for a month now. I also got some Lyle and Scott boxers form them which the buttons are now falling off. I am really thinking they're products are not authentic items. All the custom service are from Indian and don't understand me very well

Still waiting 2 weeks later for my item. With Evri the delivery I don’t hold out hope. A reputable company would fast track the item next day. No not Freemans they saying someone will be in touch in 5 days!!

Disappointing Experience and Lack of Accountability I have had an incredibly frustrating experience with Freemans that remains unresolved despite raising multiple complaints. 1. Default Notice Handling: A default was applied to my account on 12/03/2024. During a conversation with Matthew Reynard, the Compliance Manager at Freemans, on 18/09/2024, I was told that even if I had cleared the balance of £168.19, the account would still have defaulted due to unresolved issues. This raises serious concerns about transparency and fairness in their processes. 2. Account Closure and Sale: My account was closed on 09/05/2024 and sold to Lowell Financial the very next day. I find it highly questionable that an account could be closed and sold so quickly without resolving disputes or providing clear communication with me. 3. Complaint Handling: Freemans has refused to reopen my complaint and address these issues fully. Instead, they’ve redirected me to Lowell Financial, who inherited the account. This lack of accountability and refusal to resolve the matter is unacceptable. These unresolved issues have left me dealing with a damaging default on my credit file, which I believe does not accurately reflect my financial conduct. I am now escalating this to the Financial Ombudsman as Freemans has failed to provide fair and reasonable support. If you value transparency, accountability, and proper handling of your financial matters, I would strongly advise reconsidering doing business with Freemans.

Absolutely everything that could have gone wrong did! I am a size 14/16 top but because the sizing is so small, i ended up ordering a size 20. When the tops did arrive they were slightly too big, but i decided to keep them. The staff at the call centre are soooo rude and unhelpful that I have ever encountered. I paid for the goods straight away over the phone as I was never able to sign into my account. I never want to deal with this company again and wish i had read the reviews beforehand. Don’t use this company!!!

Mum purchased me an Ottoman bed from them, we were advised that the bed would come from the manufacturer and we were to wait on a phone call from them. Annoyingly, we missed the phone call twice. The first time, we were out and assuming that if we missed the call, they would keep calling us until we answered, didnt happen. When my Mum phoned up Freemans, they apparently assumed the bed had "had already been delivered". Second time we were waiting on the call, conveniently we again missed the call due to being busy but I only just managed to answer. The phone went dead and I tried to ring the company back. The call was a "Courtesy Call" and we couldnt use it to ring back the company, it instead telling us "track your delivery online at [I-forgot-the-company-name.com]". This was 3 days ago, been waiting on this bed coming for weeks. You should not need to wait at the companys descretion for an order YOU paid for, said company should have rang us back until we answered, not allow us to miss the call and let Freemans assume the thing was delivered.

I received my order, when it came it was the wrong colour. I reordered my order only to stay in to wait for my parcel to be delivered for the second time. When it arrived it came the wrong colour yet again. I sent the first 1 back by evri shop, so when the second 1 came I sent it straight back with the courier. I've no acknowledgement if the first 1 has been received back yet either. Best part about it the colour they keep sending is not available to order. Not happy has I've waited in twice for the order only to be the wrong thing again.

Received the completely wrong order, I ordered a man’s hoody and a kids hoody came even though the invoice and my account says the men’s hoodie. I have been told a replacement is being sent I have asked for some sort of email or conformation of the right thing being sent but this is yet to happen. Shocking whoever packs the orders need to take more care.

My recent experience with Freeman.com has been nothing short of a nightmare. I ordered a high-value coffee machine with the expectation that it would be delivered within two days. However, the reality of the situation was a complete letdown. After waiting for three days, it became apparent that my order hadn't even been processed. Frustrated and disappointed, I decided to look elsewhere and found the same coffee machine available at a more affordable price. I promptly placed a new order and received it just two days later from a different vendor. At this point, I thought I could cancel my order with Freeman.com, which still hadn't seen any progress after three days. To my surprise, I was informed that the order had not been processed because they claimed not to have received payment. Ten days after the initial order was placed, I received the coffee machine. To add to the already frustrating situation, the payment had been taken from my account despite my cancellation request. Attempting to return the coffee machine has been an ordeal in itself. It has now been over three weeks, and Freeman.com seems incapable of processing the return. As a result, I'm left with no other option but to involve my credit card company to secure a refund. This experience is entirely unacceptable and has left me deeply dissatisfied with Freeman.com's services. My advice to anyone considering purchasing from them is twofold: Firstly, avoid buying from these people at all costs. Secondly, if, for some reason, you must order from them, use a credit card (not a debit card) to protect yourself, as their refund and return process is nothing short of a nightmare.

I have locked myself out my account. Trying to get someone to help has been hopeless. Lead a busy life they never call me at the time arrange there is no hope. This has been going on for 3weejs.

Your identity details are at risk here I needed to make a report to action fraud and is now in place an investigation. I received an overdue of payment by letter, i my name and on my home address, so somebody else opened an account in freemans with my details!! Never received an email from freemans, never bought anything from them, never opened an account, never made a payment transaction. How is that possible they have an account on my name? Who opened? Which terrible procedure they have in place to prevent identity theft, scams?? They must close immediately this account and cancel my details from them database. Date of experience: 21 April 2023

CHECK YOUR STOCK FREEMANS! Couldn't ask for a worse company to purchase from, 4 weeks have passed by, after ordering 3 cannisters for tea sugar and coffee was advised 3-5 days 3-5 days sailed by I was informed via email that their stockist was out of stock ( although showing was in stock ready for delivery!) And would be back in stock April 15th fast forward to April 19th still not delivery emailed yet again was told due back in stock May 15th now ! Ordered them else where and asked them to cancel and refund, a total joke of a company and would never ever use them again they dont even know what they have or don't have in stock and don't even know their months of the year! Jokers

Ordered a bed sheet on the 21st November and they has lost my order. Order has now been lost 4 times and they are not resolving this issue. Every time they keep taking money out and not sending order. So now I am out 4 times the price and still no item. This business is very unprofessional. I would not recommend risking spending any money on here.

I’m so happy with this rug, the quality is brilliant for the price and the colours go well together. Delivery took a while,and on the app it doesn’t give you any information when it’s dispatched or on its way, it just states “ processing” ! then it arrived without any notification, so the app needs sorting out, but I love the rug.

Poor, poor, poor.. I order an item for it to be received in time for Christmas. I chased the delay last week and was told there were issues with warehouse. Today ,I ma told it was deliver by Evri. When I questioned this, the advisor told me that their system shows it was delivered by Evri, but Evri's system shows not delivered. The story then changed again and I'm told itvhas not been sent. I requested a new item to be sent out but they're refusing as it needs to be escalated for investigation. CEO Ann Steer needs to sort out the poor customer service this company provides!

I have arranged a return twice. An item that I can not return through click and collect. I have waited all day for no one to turn up. When I phone freemans they tell me they can't give an estimated time for collection and say they will arrange another collection day! They said if I can't wait all day I could leave it in a safe place. As if I would trust them to collect from anywhere when they've already let me down twice

I placed my first order with Freemans on 10th November. The delivery was due between 12th and 14th November. The item was despatched on 11th November however the delivery hasn't been attempted in 13 days! Freemans are still refusing to refund me for the order and have said that I need to wait another 5 days before I can request a refund, even though it is clear that they do not know where my item is. I will never place an order with Freemans again. I managed to get through to customer service (to be told that they won't refund me) but it took multiple attempts as after going through the phone options, they just hang up on you when you first get through.

Very bad online shopping website. I placed my order 3 weeks ago but still waiting.Ridiculous customer service sometimes they hang up calls or they say we investigate and let you know but they never come back .never buy from them again. Avoid

I Closed my account months ago after receiving a letter claiming I was behind in payments which I was NOT, and this week they’ve put a default on my credit file for missed payment. Customer services are USELESS, shocking company I will be taking this further!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!
