“They are stunning. They make my kitchen look complete. They are beautifully crafted. I wish the company had a system to track your order though. I had to constantly reach out for status updates. The way they were packaged was a little nerve wracking too when it came to installation, shifting the glass to it’s correct position sometimes chipped the corners because of how well jammed it was into the frame. But overall, I am pleased!”

“Very unhappy at the moment! One of our almost $400 each lanterns came with the glass piece out of place. The company has tried to tell us multiple times how to “fix” it! I’m sorry but that’s absolutely unacceptable when you spend that kind of money to have to fix something that’s brand new! Ridiculous!! We have been told to wait to get tracking information to send it back, it’s been over a week and we have made multiple calls with no tracking yet. So unhappy with this company!”

“Your company was very good to deal with on the purchase of 7 coppersmith lanterns. The product is great. I have one that is not working and have e-mailed your company three times over about 3 weeks and have not gotten a response. Not to mention leaving at least two voice mails. I reached out to Coppersmith directly and they re-directed me back to you. Being a small business owner myself I understand problems and very rarely will leave a bad review unless I feel a company deserves one.”
