“Have been very pleased with the quality and taste of the products we’vre tried to date, working our way through the products, the heat ratings are accurate and give confidence when ordering for people with different preferences on heat. Really enjoy the hot flavors, the have full heat but you still taste the flavor and quality of the ingredients.”

“I love these products, I get both the hot and the medium mixed red & green Hatch Chile peppers, plus Papa’s salsa and have become hooked to the Hatch Chile seasoning mix in both the green and the red. I had to set up a subscription to keep these items in my pantry.”

“I love this chili! I live in South Florida and can’t find good chili anywhere. Growing up in South Texas then moving to New Mexico I grew to love Hatch green chili. I made the best Green Chili Chicken Enchiladas with this chili. Also love the green/red chili…it’s amazing!”
