“Have been very pleased with the quality and taste of the products we’vre tried to date, working our way through the products, the heat ratings are accurate and give confidence when ordering for people with different preferences on heat. Really enjoy the hot flavors,the have full heat but you still taste the flavor and quality of the ingredients.”

“I love these products, I get both the hot and the medium mixed red & green Hatch Chile peppers, plus Papa’s salsa and have become hooked to the Hatch Chile seasoning mix in both the green and the red. I had to set up a subscription to keep these items in my pantry.”

“I love this chili! I live in South Florida and can’t find good chili anywhere. Growing up in South Texas then moving to New Mexico I grew to love Hatch green chili. I made the best Green Chili Chicken Enchiladas with this chili. Also love the green/red chili…it’s amazing!”

“Their peppers sold in a jar are excellent. The whole peppers that are roasted are wonderful with meat and chicken. Put them in a skillet with onions, alittle butter, olive oil and salt and pepper and warm. Put them with your beef or chicken. Wonderful.”

“First time ordering. I found a recipe that called for Hatch Green Chili Roast. Bought the top three heat levels to give them a try. The XL Hot really packs a punch which is great for me because I’m the guy who always wishes the salsa was hotter. Everything arrived quickly and in perfect shape thanks to the careful packing. I will definitely order again and look forward to trying other products.”
