“Their peppers sold in a jar are excellent. The whole peppers that are roasted are wonderful with meat and chicken. Put them in a skillet with onions, alittle butter, olive oil and salt and pepper and warm. Put them with your beef or chicken. Wonderful.”

“First time ordering. I found a recipe that called for Hatch Green Chili Roast. Bought the top three heat levels to give them a try. The XL Hot really packs a punch which is great for me because I’m the guy who always wishes the salsa was hotter. Everything arrived quickly and in perfect shape thanks to the careful packing. I will definitely order again and look forward to trying other products.”

“My family loves your salsas! They are fresh with unique flavors. Also so nice to purchase with the various heat. I love the mild but my sons like the medium. Great packing and fast delivery. 5 Star salsas!”

“I'm so glad to have found the Fresh Chile Company! I need my red or green fix almost daily and your products are just like being in Las Cruces. We have been going to Hatch every Labor Day and stocking up on chile but when COVID came around it looked like we might have to do without. Fresh Chile Company to the rescue! My favorite is the hot green chile but I'm eating alot of the red chile roast, too! it's all good and great, fast service! I'm now a subscriber so I'll never run out!”

“Got what I ordered. Came intact. Love the product. Will never understand shipping. $15 per six. Ordered 8 so charged shipping for 12. Then shipped 5 in one box and 3 in other. Like I said never will understand shipping.”
