“Ordered 2 25# box's of peppers...1st was a pre order a couple mo this back...finally shipped product was great about 5-6 days transit time...ordered another..same shipping time but unfortunately had 15-20% product spoilage...guess thing is to order early..peppers are great though...”

“Delivery time for bottled Green and Red Chile was excellent! Delivery time for my 5lbs of Green Chile Hots was at the least weeks late that created anxiety and stress! I was told they were being harvested and would be shipped shortly in the order of commitment of sales by all customers. I ordered in May and got them just recently. I could have bought them locally and already have them been burned! Felt like I was stroked and put on the back burner! I could of been wrong but that is how I feel!) !”

“Paid for 2 day shipping and was delivered 4 day. Lost bottom 1/4 of both boxes. Not good considering how .uch it cost for products and shipping”

“The box arrived damaged with chilies coming coming out on flloor... the box seemed to be short of chilies... tape with destroyed... not good taping at all.....already reported problem.. they said they would send me another box at no charge.... never received that either... oh well... Girl said new shipping company.... I’d be checking them out.... Not really satisfied but oh well... thanks”

“It is very fresh and packaged nicely. I bought Psoas Hot and thevGrern Chile. Dud not open up thevGrern yet. Was surprised I do not like it. Great family company though. I only had 2T from Papas jar.”

“I grew up in Albuquerque so I am very familiar with NM Hatch chili. I ate it all my life. Honestly I’m disappointed in the taste of the green chili which is my favorite. I got mild and it tasted liked medium or hot. The red salsa was good but not exceptional.”

“I like my salsa a little sweet, so it was just ok with me, Because there was no sweet at all, I bought one mama salsa and one papa salsa. Have to say the papa salsa is pretty hot~ I appreciate all you do to make this salsa though. and enjoy all your videos ~”
