I like the product, great taste, shipping of the jars was fine the only problem is the price. They could knock off at least two dollars a jars to make it more affordable so due to the price I will not order as often as I would like to.

Have not yet received fresh peppers. Hope they are not going around in some hot UPS truck all this time. Have not yet rreceived my order before that one.

It would help your online shoppers if you would improve your website. I thought I was ordering 3 jars and apparently I only ordered 1. What a disappointment to discover I had only ordered 1 after waiting over a week ☹️

Your sauces are fantastic but your delivery lacks promptness. I attempted to order fresh chili last year and gave up waiting. Ended up canceling my order. This year I ordered the dry chili powder for my daughter-in-law in MA and placed an order for me in WA, 8+ items. She got her item but I never did. Called and found my order was never completed. It was rectified by customer service. Still charged for shipping.

I wish the green chile was just green chile without garlic, lime and seasoning. The label says pure green chile roast which is what inspired my order. Upon closer inspection on the website you did list the ingredients, but I failed to see that before ordering. I see you do offer raw, unroasted chiles which is a decent option, but I would prefer an option to purchase roasted peeled green chile with no additions. The Abuela's is quite good, the red chile sauce is a bit bland. I would give 3.5 if it was an option. I do like knowing the variety of green chiles that you all use (Sandia, Big Jim etc.), not many places list this and as such I am always concerned that when I purchase Hatch Green Chile it really isn't. I will likely be a customer again, but would spend big money if I could just fill my freezer with fresh roasted and peeled green chile of the variety of my choosing.

Looking forward to trying some more recipes with the chile. I made pork green chile from the online recipe but was disappointed. The pasole seasoning was way too salty for my taste. Green chile had good flavor straight out of the jar so will give it another chance. I had some sausage and hamburger fried up so I made chile Colorado with the red that turned out ok but it sure I’m willing to spend that to have an easy red chile recipe.

Good flavor but too many stems. We tried two jars Green (hot) red and green ( mild) and they had a lot of stems. The third jar of red didn’t seem to have any.

Did not like the red chile sauce. Well prepared I'm sure, but not my kind of product. The red/green combo is OK, flavor is good, but the heat level (even the "extra hot" version) was not at all impressive. I've got two jars left (one combo, one green, both "hot") and I'll use them, but doubt I will re-order.

Order was pretty screwed up at first after talking in person over phone ordering and paying.then couple days later changed order on their behalf,then order not shipped yet for week and half.then the address has a fault next then allmost three weeks later finally gets shipped.love the stuff but contemplating being a returning customer from all this.
