“The Fresh Chile Company is the holy grail of wonderful! Customer service is incomparable! Packaging is top notch! Shipping is quick and fairly-priced! But, most of all, this chile is the real deal! Anyone who grew up in New Mexico will not be disappointed with the flavor and quality! With the first taste, we are quickly reminded of our childhood, our tias’ and our abuelitas’ finest recipes!”

“Some of the best tasting pecans to be found. The red chili adds just the right amount of flavor. I add a little smoked sea salt to mine and it puts them over the top.”

“I absolutely LOVE all the Hatch chili sauces I’ve purchased over the past year! First, the aroma when you open the jar is heavenly. Second, the flavor is everything you want in chilies. My favorite is the red & green blend. It’s perfect for queso, enchiladas and for pouring a jar atop chicken and letting it slow cook in the crockpot all day. Looking forward to creating with Abuela’s red chili sauce that just arrived today. I’m extremely pleased with the quality product and will always be back for more. Thank you!”

“I ordered a 3 variety sampler (mild). The ordering was efficient and the product arrived within 2 days of ordering, well packed. I've just started to taste the sauces and salsas, but so far I am pleased with the taste. Not knowing the heat range, I played it safe with mild to start out. It seems the mild is probably too mild for me, but that is ok. I also ordered a jar of red/green chile in medium. Looking forward to trying different things and making some of the recipes.”

“I ordered two posole kits from The Fresh Chile Company. They were shipped and delivered within 5 days. I opened the box they arrived in and looked for a recipe to prepare them. I inspected all of the items in the package, looking for the recipe, and did not find it. So I sent an email to The Fresh Chile Company asking about a recipe. They responded stating that the recipe was the inside of the label on the hominy bag and they also included a copy of that recipe for me to use. I grabbed a package of the hominy and inspected the label and no where on the label did I find a note saying that the recipe was inside. I removed the label and there was the recipe! So to sum up my experience I was very pleased with the delivery time and the response to my email about the recipe. I was slightly disappointed that there was no mention on the hominy label that the recipe was inside.”

“Best Salsa I have EVER tasted, including homemade! Absolutely terrible shipping cost though. I did complain about it & the company did reach out to me. They don't set the rates, I realize but it is definitely going to make customers think twice before they hit the "complete order" button.”
