“I love New Mexico for one reason, the chile sauces they make there and these are the best I have tasted. I will order more in the future to have some of that great New Mexico taste here in Alabama.”

“Thought I was ordering mild, if I would of been paying attention they were out. So the medium was the first one listed. So I gave it a try. It’s just a little more spice then mild. I will definitely enjoy it. The red green is sweeter. Love it too.”

“The products are very good and something that I can't find around here. Shipping is pretty fast and things are packaged well. I especially like the green chile sauce. I brown pork chops in the skillet then top each one with green chile sauce, then put the lid on the skillet and let them finish cooking. My husband said that that is his favorite thing out of what I make.”

“As a New Mexico native who had to move out of state 37 years ago, I really miss the special flavor of New Mexican foods. Fortunately, I discovered the Fresh Chile Company and am able to get the taste of home at my new home. Enchiladas like I remember and love them. Green chile salsa and sauces that are absolutely wonderful. Great customer service and fast and careful shipping. Highly recommend.”
