“I keep ordering more and more for automated delivery. I use all the salsas in my shredded meat dishes, carnitas and Chile con carne. Even Mexican soup‼️”

“If you want fresh New Mexico chile, salsa, bbq sauce, hot sauce, etc. Look no further. Can't remember how I happened upon The Fresh Chile Company, but I'm glad I did. Everything is super-fresh, super-tasty and enjoyed by everyone I feed it to. As well, they ship really quickly if the product is available (I've never bought anything other than their jarred products, mind you), and in the best corrugated packaging you can imagine. Never a breakage ever. And, it ships FedEx, so no worries about USPS delays. I can't recommend this company higher. Seriously.”

“All of the products taste great. The only thing I can say bad is you never really know what spice level you will actually get. Sometimes the mild is too hot for some people but for me the hot is too mild whereas the medium seems to be hotter than the hot so it is a roll of the dice at times, but they all do taste great”
