“The taste of New Mexico from The Fresh Chile Co. is so GENUINE. We lived in New Mexico for over 40 years and now live in Florida. We will never be without our Chile. “Love all of the Fresh Chile products. They are simply delicious. The Red and Green chile is now my go to for everything I put chile on. And the shipping has always been done in a very timely manner and well packed. Can’t say enough about this company. What started out as a “let’s support a local company during the Corona virus pandemic” has turned into an obsession and loyalty for this company and their products!”

“They have the best tasting products. Everything is fresh tasting and so good. The products they offer are not something you can just find in a grocery store. When you call to order or ask a question the person you talk with are so helpful and courteous. I especially love the way they do live feeds on Facebook either out in the pepper fields, shipping department or even at home when cooking. All I can say is, Great Company and Products.”

“I absolutely love the flavors in the green chili sauce. Before I even taste it I smell the rich flavors of the green hatch. It brings back the awesome memories of living near the Sandias in Albuquerque! The best so far!!”

“We love your products. So far we have made two orders, each for Green and Abuela. My wife lived in New Mexico 10 years and I've had the opportunity to visit a few times. The other night we were having Enchiladas (again!) and she was thanking me again and again for "taking her back to New Mexico". I really like the Fresh Chile Cookin' Facebook page. Have met some great people on there and many ideas and recipes. Keep up the good work.”

“I have ordered from The Fresh Chili Company multiple times now. I have been nothing but blown away by them. The customer service has been great, they seem to do a great job communicating with customers. Where to start with the product? The chili is outstanding. I have tried different temps of the Green Chili and have had the Green & Red mix and both are fantastic. I just received an order (it grows in quantity each time I order) of the red and I am excited to try that. I have also used the Posole seasoning which blew my mind. The recipes on the site are a great addition. The Pork Green Chili was a huge hit. These guys are legit!”

“Best tasting red and green NM chili🌶 ...convenient and the shipping is fast. So after a few one-time orders, we began an every 2-month subscription because we love making “my” grandmother’s red chili enchiladas and green chili with pork recipes...and both depend on the best NM chili. Thank you!”
