“Great company to do business with. Placed my order and it was shipped to me. Everything was packed professionally and when I opened the box I couldn’t believe how fresh and colorful everything in the jars was. They even put in three recipe booklets with some great looking recipes. I will be ordering more soon and I will order and have them sent as Christmas presents this year. Another thing I want to purchase next is a ristra. Fresh Chile Company, thanks for being there for us.”

“I have been purchasing a mixed case of Green peppers, Red sauce, Roasted Red peppers and Mixed peppers for a few times now. My whole office are converts and LOVE your Hatch Chile Pepper sauce !! The flavor is fantastic, the texture and quality of the peppers are spot on. We will continue to be avid customers!”

“I’ve gotten several 12 jar combo packs (Green, red and red/green), and I love them all. We roast green chiles every year and freeze them, so I know good green Chile when I taste it. The Fresh Green Chile Company chiles are fabulous, and a great side and/or main ingredient!”

“I’m not sure I can even write a review for you site to improve! You have the nicest people ready and willing to help resolve any kind of issue if there is one! The one time I had an issue was with my brother’s Christmas gift. A jar was broken upon arrival, which wasn’t your fault at all... not really expecting anything, I emailed and called and left a message... the next day I got a phone call and an email from your customer service and my brother had a new jar within a few days! Both ladies were so sweet!! You’re the best!!”
