“I was shocked that the Red Chile Sauce I purchased tastes HOMEMADE. Without bragging too much, I am told I am a pretty good cook. I always buy dry chile pods and make my own Red Chile sauce. This sauce is so good I joined the Chile Club and purchased four jars! The Red Chile Sauce tastes so much like mine...One can taste the garlic, cumin, and salt, which is what I put in my sauce. I started thinking...why should I go through all the effort when I can just purchase The Fresh Chile Company's Red Chile Sauce...food for thought. VDC”

“The Hatch green chili roast is so fresh! When you open your first jar, the fragrance and flavor will tell you that you should have ordered more than one. The Mama's salsa and Papa's salsa are both some of the freshest, best tasting we've ever had. I use some almost every day! The Hatch Spice Blend adds tons of flavor (and a little heat) to eggs, veggies, meats, tacos, anything you want to add some spice to. I am a customer for life and will be trying more products from The Fresh Chili Company.”

“This was the most amazing green chili I've ever had! I made posole for the first time with the red chili sauce and it was a huge hit. Can't wait to try their salsas too. Fantastic products, and I will be back for more!”

“I would recommend buying from this company, they stand behind their products and their customer service is outstanding. They are quick to answer emails and if you call you get to actually talk with a person and not be handled electronically, I like that. I placed an order, there was a mixup, I was sent the wrong products. I called them and told them about it. They immediately put in an order for the right products at no charge to me. I appreciate the way this was handled, quickly and without ado. We love the products we have used and will continue to order and recommend The Fresh Chile Company!🌶🌶🌶”

“I love the products that I have tried so far, in fact, so much so that I have sent as gifts. I love the green and red chili and the posole seasonings and these are what I have gifted. I purchased some dry posole, but have not used yet. Good job People!”

“I rarely give 5 stars but their products are incredible and addictive, and, customer service very good. They are very transparent with whole process, and communicate often w us. Including taking us in to their beautiful home. They also have a recipe page to share stuff on. 98% people very nice and caring. It's very refreshing 😍😁❤️🌶️🍷”

“I can honestly say that every one of the products I have bought from The Fresh Chile Company have been wonderful! I especially LOVE the Red&Green, Papa’s, Mamma’s and the Roasted Red Hatch Chile salsas - they are the best salsas I have ever bought! The Pure Hatch Green Sauce is also excellent and I love to mix it with white pepper gravy to pour over fried chicken and mashed potatoes!”
