“We are fans of The Fresh Chile Company. On our first order, they sent HOT salsa instead of the medium I’d ordered. I told her I wanted to keep that but please send the medium. W/in the hour it seemed, more was sent...FREE of Charge! I thanked her profusely and mentioned I had not expected that, but was most appreciative. Also, I would like to mention how well packed their product are...never broken and at least some of the packing is recyclable. Great company and products!”

“Michele was instrumental in getting my order delivered to my residence. It was for that reason that I provided your website to a friend because he likes cooking with New Mexico Chile's.”

“Ordered 25lbs of med hatch chiles, paid a little extra for the guaranteed fresh, there was 1 bad one and about 4 that were too small to use, so for shipping fresh chiles I considered that pretty darn good, the quality was A+”

“The sauces and salsas are delicious. I usually make everything myself, but there is no need to do this with your sauces available.”
