“Flavor beyond flavor. I recently bought a couple of jars of the Hatch Spice Blend. I have used on everything, I love it’s taste and the smell with the background smell of Cumin is wonderful I am addicted to it, the only thing I have not put it on or in is my COFFEE!”

“Ordered a couple boxes of fresh chiles this year. They arrived promptly and fresh! Made a few dishes with them already and the peppers are VERY tasty! Not disappointed. I might have to order another box of hot ones, just so I don't run out too soon!”
