“This is the first time I've ordered anything from you all, my brother-in-law usually ships us a box of Hatch chiles every year. I ordered the 3 jar variety pack and the taste is outstanding. Had to order more as Christmas presents for family.”

“My go to when I’m craving New Mexican food. Great flavor, consistently high quality. I’ve unfortunately lost my “heat tolerance” as a result of cancer treatment (all is good now) but the mild has just enough bite to enjoy without scorching me. People often miss that heat is a byproduct of providing good flavor. Fresh Chile Co provides FLAVOR.”

“I have ordered from these folks more than once, and have always been more than satisfied with the quality, service and their quick response to requests. I placed an order for my sister as a Christmas gift just this year, and one of the jars was delivered broken. After an email, the replacement jar has already been prepared for shipment to her. You cannot go wrong doing business with these folks, and their product is second to none in my experience.”

“Growing up in the Mesilla Valley I always took it for granted that we would have Green & Red Chile. But after living Out of State the last few years I realized most people can't handle the heat so the chile in Arizona is very bland. I ordered 4 gift packs and decided to keep two of them. That's how good this is. Will be a monthly customer from this point on.”
