“Greetings and Merry Christmas ! We absolutely love your products, red, green or your blended red & green ! Last month we received our order and I think it’s our 5th or 6th time and we are totally hooked. You have developed an incredible product. Of course you cannot go wrong with a fresh quality product and a fantastic recipe. Last month after opening our order we went right to work on Dinner, it was easy it was silly, we put six beautiful boneless chicken breast in a crock pot and poured a whole jar of the blended Chili’s and 6 hours later we pulled it apart and made chicken tacos. They were to die for, the flavor was over the top delicious ! But be careful even though I used the mild blend it was so hot I was surprised so I think next time I would only use a half of a jar. After adding sour cream, tomatoes, cheese it seemed to help cool it off significantly but the flavor was insane. I cannot wait to make them again, it so darn easy people and folks will rave about them. Thanks, Kevin”

“The green Chile mild has a outstanding taste. It is really good taste like what I used to roast myself. I would recommend this to anyone. I am going to order the medium or hot next time. I have not tried the red Chile yet but I expect it also taste great.”

“Pure green Xhot is pure and special. Xhot brings out the best flavor. when you open the lid the beautiful smell covers the room. a must buy. nothing can compare to this sauce.”

“I moved to Maryland after living between NM and El Paso for 20 years and I have missed green chile enchiladas ever since. You can make them with other types of peppers but nothing is like Hatch Valley green chile. Freshchileco you have a customer for life! Steven”
