“A great place to buy your chile. I got the jars of red and green chile for my Mexican recipes, and it couldn't be better. It's all chile, with a dash of garlic for good measure. Pure enjoyment!”

“I've been buying Fresh Chile for several months. The flavor is so good and fresh, not salty like other chilies. My brother uses it on everything. Recently I made chile verde using only the green chile and fresh pork. I cooked it in the slow cooker on low for 4 hours. I didn't need to add any additional seasoning. So good, so tasty and so easy. I highly recommend these chile sauces.”

“Red was very good. Haven’t eaten the red/green yet. Good enough that I sent my chilehead grandson a 3-pack for Christmas. Freight is my only deterrent from ordering regularly.”

“I purchased the variety pack. The package arrived with four jars each of red, green and red and green mix of mild chile. I couldn't wait to try all. About five minutes after I opened the packing I was "spooning" chile with corn chips and cream cheese with a nice fresh avocado and lime..from the first taste it was a done deal...hands down...Hatch Fresh Chile earned a spot in my daily chile fix.....I'm planning a nice day drive to New Mexico during the "Hatch Harvest" I think I'm hooked...Thanks!!!”

“My Fresh Chili came Monday, Tuesday I fried up a few pounds of cubed pork and added two jars of the green xhot Hatch green chili. The summer must have been warmer this year. This batch is better and hotter than last years!! I have found no better way to get Good Fresh Chili in the east. The only way to surpass Fresh Chili is to go to the fields pick it out and roast it. I'm So Glad the Folks at Fresh Green Chili do all that work for me!”

“If you aren't on Auto Ship you certainly should be. I can't imagine our household not having Fresh Red Chili from the Best on the Market. PS: This would make a Perfect Christmas Gift to a Friend or Family Member.”
