“To whom it may concern; All due respect, but I am disappointed on the size of fresh hatch green chiles. There were only several 5 inch long chilies within my order...definitely not what I was expecting to roast. The rest were between half an inch to 4 inches. Turns out I learned to make some Ristras out of em...lol We shall see what the amounts to later.”

“I order a case of green chile and one red chile sause. It was everything I hoped it would be. I'm in Pearland Texas now and miss the New Mexico Hatch Green Chile. I thought I would try the Fresh Chile Company and I was so happy to have that familiar flavor of the Southwest!! I open up a jar and add it to my recipes and it is amazing!! I also open the jars and use the chile for dipping chips or add to a sandwich. It's just like having fresh green chile I remember from New Mexico!! Thank you so much for jarring it up and shipping it out to me!!”

“Ordered fresh peppers and they arrived rotten and leaking, NO PACKAGING, just thrown in a box! Put them all in the garbage. Was told “ you didn’t choose faster delivery!”

“I’ve ordered twice from, your chili is the best. My brother loves it. I had a problem with the second order. It was a 5 pound bag of green chili which I payed for overnight delivery which turned into several days. Maybe you should check into that. Needless to say they got the chili roasted it and are in heaven eating it. I will order again I live in Albuquerque but my orders go to California. Need to print a recipe book the for online food looks soooo good.”

“Placed a pre-order in July. Finally arrived in October. I was really excited after waiting so long. I was terribly disappointed in what was shipped. Tamales were some of the most tasteless I've ever experienced. I can get artisan handmade and delivered same day that taste better at 1/2 the price. The chile rellanos had fair flavor but pretty small and little filling. I'll buy local and fresh from now on. Homemade, same day delivery, still warm when delivered and less than 1/2 the price.”
