“We use to live in New Mexico. Four years ago we moved to Colorado. We no longer were able to obtain the amazing New Mexico Green Chile that we had previously had easy access to. Thank goodness we started buying Chile from The Fresh Chile and couldn’t be happier!!! Great products at great value! We have a standing order on a monthly schedule. They also have amazing customer service, if we ever need any changes or additions added to our order, they have been amazing about taking care of our needs!!!! Thank you Fresh Chile!!!! P.J. “Bought mild and medium green Chile for green chicken enchiladas for our after Christmas staycation. The recipe is from the Fresh Chile Company website. This was the younger daughter’s first foray since March. These were a special request. She made sure the left overs went back to the Keys with her. This dish made with these green chiles are one of our family’s favorites. The customer service lady did her best to make sure I got what I needed. EVERYTHING they sell is wonderful. And great customer service.”
