“Great service. Papa's salsa, Hot, is phenomenal on food. Red chile sauce made great enchiladas. And green chile in the jar? I could eat it with a spoon. Great stuff !”

“Took a little while, but it finely got here. Simply delicious. Ordered the green chilie/red chilli mixed together. We love it works great for pork chilie. Ordered the hot chili powder. It is also very good. Will order again some time. I recommend this company for hatch chili 🌶️”

“I’m a Police Officer in Arkansas yet I have family in Tijeras, New Mexico. I don’t get to see them very often or get Green Chiles, Red Chile Sauce and other New Mexico favorites. Since I have found The Fresh Chile Company it’s a game changer. I received my order in a timely manner and waiting for my 2nd order to arrive.
