“Speedy Gonzales like shipping! I LOVE the Red/Green sauce. Man, oh man, enough bite to let me know I am eating hot peppers but not enough to kill my taste buds. There is also a huge amount of flavor. Just delicious. I put it on eggs, roast, tacos...if I ate ice cream I'd put the sauce in ice cream! Yeah, that good.”

“This place is awesome!!! I'm stuck living in an area without access to hatch chilis so being able to order up some to be quickly delivered and ready to eat can't be beat!!! I use both the green and the red to spice up all kinds of food. They're really awesome to bring flavor into my boring, low carb diet.”

“We first found the green chile at our local Costco. We bought 2 just package. Loved it and went back and bought some more. We use it on almost everything. Spaghetti, eggs, potatoes, vegetables just about everything. We then bought the kit to make the posole, OMG, it was perfect. The red chile sauce was so good. I have never cooked with dry hominy before, just takes a little longer. The seasoning mix they sent with it is so good. Next I am going to get the green chile sauce.”

“Your products are fantastic, however; during your 12 days of Christmas special you advertised a free jar of green chile with purchase; I ordered 2 - 3 packs and never received my free jar. I contacted your company through emails and was informed only one jar per purchase, fine never received my free jar, then after more emails I was informed to use a code with my NEXT PURCHASE, the code didn't work, I contacted you again and was given a different code, it didn't work either. I then called to order posole pack and explained everything to Veronica, she said my FREE JAR would come with my posole pack, again no jar, so now your company wants to refund $5.00 to my account what the heck great products great customer interaction but a lot of run around for a FREE JAR you advertised. Not sure if I will order again. Sorry 😒🤔”

“I ordered Mild red sauce and Mild green and am now obsessed! Huevos Rancheros made with the red is now my fav breakfast. had to reorder and just received the Green and can't wait to experiment. BTW, is spicy for us tenderfoots. Am in Ohio and wish I was born in New Mexico.”
